The guide uses the Swoogo platform, which is a service based in the United States. We have a data processing agreement in place that includes Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission that govern the transfer of your personal information outside of the EEA, which we can provide on request. Please see Privacy Policy - Swoogo for more information.

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is that it's necessary for the administration and analysis of Virtual Open Days, relating to our public task of providing higher education qualifications.
